Police are out in force in Levin this long weekend -- a year on from a meet-up that saw a crowd of more than 200 people turn violent and hurl projectiles at Police

According to social media boy racers were seen doing skids and burn-outs in the Horowhenua town overnight.
Police say they have plans in place to ensure everyone's safety.
They says they won't be tolerating any behaviour which endangers others and causes damage to roads and property.
