    A carrot in the form of an apple has been the driving force behind cyclist Bryony Botha's latest New Zealand record


    Botha's broken her own pursuit record, posting a time of three minutes and 19 seconds at the National Championships in Cambridge.

    It makes her the third fastest rider in history.

    Botha says she had extra motivation to post the time.
