Kiwi driver Liam Lawson is trying to keep a lid on his expectations heading into tomorrow morning's qualifying for the British Formula One Grand Prix

Kiwi driver Liam Lawson is trying to keep a lid on his expectations heading into tomorrow morning's qualifying for the British Formula One Grand Prix

The 23-year-old was eighth in the first practice session at Silverstone before setting the 10th quickest time in P2.

Lawson's pleased with the speed of his Racing Bulls car, but won't speculate on his qualifying chances until he's had another decent practice.

The third practice session starts at 11.30pm tonight.
