    A broken pipe is responsible for untreated wastewater overflowing into Wellington harbour


    Eastbourne residents are being told to avoid flushing the toilet when possible, and cut back on showers to ease pressure on the system.

    A no-swim warning has been put in place while Wellington Water continue works on repairs.
