20 Nov: News: On 11 November an article reported that the West Australian energy regulator (ERA) found that customers of WA energy retailers using a Centrelink bill paying service had been overcharged. The article said that all retailers had been affected. That was incorrect. The ERA only assessed that customers using seven companies were overcharged.... more
