A swathe of outdoor fire bans for parts of the North Island

Fire and Emergency's confirmed Auckland, Waitemata and Counties Manukau Districts are all covered, until further notice.

Northland and most of Waikato are already in a prohibited fire season, which revokes all previous permits.
