    Westgate's Mitre 10 Mega store in West Auckland is due to reopen today - after a blaze closed it on Saturday night


    Seventeen crews were sent to handle the blaze.

    Mitre 10 says the fire was contained to one area, where the sprinkler system went off, and cleanup efforts continued last night.

    No one was in the store at the time and the fire's cause is under investigation.
