    Rowing great Kerri Williams nee Gowler has reflected on downing her oar


    The 31-year-old has retired after earning bronze at the Paris Games with the coxless four.

    The move has had immediate benefits...



    Williams is one of seven New Zealanders with a full set of Olympic medals, sitting alongside Paul MacDonald, Blyth Tait, Barbara Kendall, Dame Valerie Adams, Zoi Sadowski-Synnott and Lydia Ko.

    She also won five world championships in an elite career which began in 2013.
