The road to Tokyo is firmly on the mind of the Lisa Carrington

The Halberg's sportswoman of the year has already begun preparations for this year's world championships in Hungary in August.

Carrington who hopes to compete in four events at the world champs, will build towards them off the back of winning two titles at last week's national championships.

She says she will charge into the world championships which will be extremely competitive as they double as Olympic qualifiers.
