Despite being named for her third Olympics, Lisa Carrington's still managing to chalk-up firsts

Despite being named for her third Olympics, Lisa Carrington's still managing to chalk-up firsts

The champion paddler will race in four canoe sprint events at the Tokyo Games - the K1 200 and 500, K2 500 with Caitlin Regal, and the K4 500.

Regal will also be in the K1 500, while Hoskin and Hatton will be in another K2.

Carrington concedes the furore of today's team naming isn't something she's experienced before.

The 31-year-old says she's learnt to appreciate the little things in life.
