    Dame Lisa Carrington will represent New Zealand in the women's K1 500m class at this year's canoe sprint world championships


    The five-time Olympic gold medalist has won the first two races of her best-of-three showdown with 2021 world champion Aimee Fisher at Lake Karapiro.

    Carrington followed up her win by 2.3 seconds in the first race...to take the second contest by 1.89 seconds.
