Warriors halfback Shaun Johnson has responded to social media criticism as he prepares for at least month out with injury

Warriors halfback Shaun Johnson has responded to social media criticism as he prepares for at least month out with injury

    - article from www.rugbyleague.co.nz

The 33-year-old has been the subject of what he describes as "savage" posts in the wake of the club's equal heaviest defeat at the weekend.

The Warriors have been winless in their last seven matches with Johnson on the field.

On Instagram Johnson says the words don't carry weight for him "this time around" but they could for the next person people spew negativity on.

    He says perspective is key.

Te Maire Martin returns to halfback and Chanel Harris-Tavita at five-eighth against the Broncos at home on Saturday.
