    The NRL has been rocked by a doping scandal just over 48 hours out from the competition restart

    Cronulla centre Bronson Xerri has been provisionally suspended after a sample tested positive for substances banned by the World Anti-Doping Agency.

    Xerri has been stood down while the process is ongoing and now can have his B-sample tested.
