    A tough outing for some of New Zealand's up and coming basketballers


    The Tall Blacks have been beaten handily by the Australian Boomers 81-52 in their Asia Cup qualifying game in Cairns.

    With both teams fielding inexperienced rosters, the Boomers put the result beyond doubt with a 26-9 fourth quarter in their favour.
