NBA basketball's Philadelphia 76ers have returned three positive covid-19 results

NBA basketball's Philadelphia 76ers have returned three positive covid-19 results

All players, coaches and operational staff were tested.

Earlier this week four Brooklyn Nets players tested positive, including Kevin Durant.

The first cases in the NBA were in the Utah Jazz.

Neither the 76ers or the Nets played the Jazz after the all-star break in February.
