The Bay Oval Trust are frustrated with moving goalposts around the criteria for awarding Black Caps tests that has seen them miss out on a match against England

Christchurch, Wellington and Hamilton were this week announced as the venues for the pre-Christmas series.

Trust chair Craig Greenlees says they were told it was to be decided on commercial criteria by NZC, who then changed their minds and decided to focus on prioritising the pitch they wanted.
