England have unveiled a shake-up of their test cricket side in what has been referenced as Bazball 2.0 with a view to rebuilding the team for the 2025-26 Ashes against Australia

They've axed Jonny Bairstow, Ben Foakes and Jack Leach and called up three uncapped players in wicketkeeper-batter Jamie Smith and pace bowlers Gus Atkinson and Dillon Pennington for the series against West Indies.

Spinner Shoaib Bashir has been preferred to Leach.
