Black Caps bowling coach Jacob Oram says they're thinking about what's best for Will O'Rourke long term - as they consider their team for the second cricket test in Zimbabwe

Black Caps bowling coach Jacob Oram says they're thinking about what's best for Will O'Rourke long term - as they consider their team for the second cricket test in Zimbabwe

The fast bowler's dealing with a stiff back in the wake of New Zealand's opening test victory.

It comes as fellow seamer Nathan Smith is ruled out entirely with an abdominal strain.

Oram says they'll take a cautious approach with O'Rourke.

The second test in Bulawayo is set to start on Thursday.
