Tom Latham's ready to get the gloves back on

The Black Caps skipper is taking on the role of wicket keeper for the one day cricket international series against Pakistan, with Tom Blundell being ruled out with a left quad strain.

Latham, who is an experienced campaigner behind the stumps, says it's disappointing for Blundell.

Game one of three gets underway at 9.30 tonight in Rawalpindi.
