    Calls from former Black Cap Chris Cairns for Australia's Big Bash League to change their international player requirements should a New Zealand-based franchise join


    The NZC governing body have confirmed they're investigating the commercial viability of a team joining the T20 tournament, as organisers eye expansion.

    Cairns says New Zealanders should be exempt, or at least earning a dispensation.
