The All Blacks and Black Ferns sevens sides are hopeful of having some trans-Tasman tussles following the opening of a travel bubble between New Zealand and Australia

The All Blacks and Black Ferns sevens sides are hopeful of having some trans-Tasman tussles following the opening of a travel bubble between New Zealand and Australia

The world series was suspended around early last year and has yet to resume, with the national sevens sides starved for games since.

But New Zealand Rugby high performance sevens manager Tony Philp says they're expecting international fixtures in the coming months ahead of the Olympics.

They've also played games over the last three days, culminating in games at Sky Stadium today.
