All Blacks prop Tamaiti Williams is ready to tuck into a test match after being starved of rugby this year

Williams, who had eight tests in his rookie season last year, was sidelined with injury for much of Super Rugby.

He and his wife also welcomed a daughter three months early.

Williams says he's can't wait to don the black jersey for the first time this year when he starts against Fiji today in San Diego.
