Olympic gold medal-winning sevens player Stacey Waaka remains in talks about a possible return to the Black Ferns 15s side for next year's World Cup

The 28-year-old - who was part of New Zealand's World Cup-winning side in 2021 - made her rugby league debut in the Broncos' NRL-W win over the Titans last weekend.

Waaka says 15s coach Allan Bunting has reached out to her.
