The sevens circuit's female player of the year is concerned about the future of the sport

The sevens circuit's female player of the year is concerned about the future of the sport

21-year-old Black Fern Jorja Miller is saddened the next Commonwealth Games has ditched the sport altogether...and that funding issues have reduced the number of teams and tournaments ahead of the 2028 Olympics.

Now striving to make the Black Ferns 15s ahead of this year's World Cup, Miller is trying to stay positive about her first love.

Miller will start at openside in Saturday's PacFour contest at North Harbour Stadium.
