    South Africa's reference to their rugby reserves bench as a "bomb squad" has extended from the men to their women's side for Sunday's Rugby World Cup quarter-final against the Black Ferns at Exeter


    They've opted for a seven-one forwards-backs split for the teams' second meeting - the previous encounter was a New Zealand win at the 2010 global showpiece.
