    A fully-clothed Tyson Fury has weighed in at his heaviest mark ahead of tomorrow morning's heavyweight boxing showdown against Oleksandr Usyk in Riyadh


    The Brit - sporting a leather jacket - tipped the scales at 281 pounds or about 127 kilos ... that's 55 pounds or 25KG heavier than Usyk, who weighed in at a career-high 226 pounds - or 102KG - while also fully kitted.

    Boxing promoter Frank Warren says the numbers on the scale will be irrelevant once the pair enter the squared circle.





    A spot on the Ladies European Golf Tour next season has been secured for Kaiapoi golfer Amelia Garvey.

    She's finished fourth in a qualifying tournament in Morocco overnight to earn her card.

    A replacement has been found for Liam Lawson at the Racing Bulls Formula One team, following the Kiwi's promotion to Red Bull.

    French-Algerian driver Isack Hadjar, the Formula 2 runner-up, will team up with Yuki Tsunoda next season.

    Lawson will partner Max Verstappen at Red Bull in 2025, replacing the axed Sergio Perez.







    The Breakers feel the chemistry is growing with mid-season signing Tacko Fall, despite their losing streak in the NBL extending to seven games.

    The centre, who's almost 2.3-metres tall - that's 7-foot-6 - put up 15 points and 9 rebounds in the side's latest loss to the Sydney Kings by 8 points at Spark Arena.

    Guard Parker Jackson-Cartwright says Fall is taking a step in the right direction.
