    The chance to give back to family roots was an opportunity to good to pass up for Charlie Ngatai


    The one-test All Black has been named head coach of Ngati Porou East Coast for the 2026 Heartland Championship season.

    As somebody who hails from the region, Ngatai said he can't wait to share the knowledge he obtained during his 15-year career.
