The Swifts - featuring Grace Nweke at goal shoot - pulled away in the final stanza having led by five goals at three-quarter time.
The match was played under Suncorp Netball rules - featuring the two-point shot.
Meanwhile in the Nations Cup - South Africa have beaten hosts England 61-59 in Nottingham.
