Another high-profile New Zealand netballer is leaving the ANZ Premiership

Pulse midcourter Whitney Souness is departing the franchise - joining the mass exodus of past or present Silver Ferns from the competition.

It's unclear as yet where Souness will land, but she had been linked with the Giants in Australian Super Netball.

From this year's Pulse side, Souness, Tiana Metuarau , Kelly Jackson and Maddy Gordon all won't be back in 2026.

Meanwhile, Silver Ferns captain Ameliaranne Ekenasio has confirmed she won't be back with the Magic next year after earlier flagging her decision to step away from the sport for at least the rest of the year.
