The Silver Ferns are well aware they'll have to push themselves to their limits to retain the Constellation Cup

The Silver Ferns are well aware they'll have to push themselves to their limits to retain the Constellation Cup

Beating Australia in tonight's fourth test in Christchurch will only lock the series up at 2-all...before a tie-breaking period of overtime is needed to separate the two nations.

Ferns interim head coach Yvette McCausland-Durie says such physical exertion requires mental fortitude.

Lock Sam Darry is appreciative of his time with the Canterbury NPC team for playing a key role in his return to the All Blacks...saying the domestic competition helped him rediscover his passion for rugby after a lengthy stint on the sidelines.

The South Sydney Rabbitohs have signed Queensland State of Origin second rower David Fifita for the next two years...trusting master coach Wayne Bennett will get the best out of the 25-year-old underachiever.
