    A penalty for a bump on teammate Scott McLaughlin has proved costly for Will Power in the IndyCar race at Toronto


    Power was given a drive-through penalty and wound up 12th after attempting to pass McLaughlin with nine laps to go.

    Colton Herta secured his first victory in more than two years.
