A dominant Max Verstappen qualifying display - but the reigning world champ won't be on pole for Formula One's Belgian Grand Prix

The Red Bull ace has finished more than half-a-second faster than Ferrari's Charles Leclerc - but will start from 11th due to a 10-place grid penalty exceeding his season engine allowance.

Verstappen's team-mate Sergio Perez will start beside Leclerc on the front row after qualifying third fastest.

Lewis Hamilton will start third - followed by the McLaren pair of Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri.
