Shooting practice is on the agenda for the Wellington Phoenix after slumping to their second defeat of the A-League season

Ufuk Talay's side have lost 2-1 to lowly Newcastle in Wollongong, squandering a host of chances against a side that had lost its first four games.

Talay has been blunt in his assessment.

The Phoenix are second from bottom with one point from their first three games.
