A major signing from the Wellington Phoenix

All Whites defender Bill Tuiloma has inked a two-and-a-half year deal with the A-League club, after more than a decade playing abroad in France and the United States.

Tuiloma will have to wait for the A-League's mid-season registration window to open next Wednesday before he is able to make his club debut.
