    Coach Michael Mayne is hoping his Football Ferns aren't underdone, heading into their opening qualifier for next year's women's World Cup


    Heavyweights New Zealand are the favourites to snare the one direct entry from the Oceania region.

    But Mayne says his side have had very little opportunity to train and build combinations before tackling Samoa in the Solomon Islands.
