    Magic captain Ameliaranne Ekenasio has commended her side's resolve after losing midcourter Ali Wilshier to a season-ending knee injury in the ANZ Premiership

    Wilshier went down during the round eight match against the Stars earlier this month and is sidelined for the rest of the year.

    Ekenasio says the team's persevered despite losing one of their key figures.



    The Magic host the Stars in Tauranga this afternoon.
