    A man's in custody - after Police chased down a vehicle driving the wrong direction on Auckland's Southern Motorway last night


    The vehicle was spotted driving north in southbound lanes at Takaanini - and allegedly damaging other vehicles.

    It had been seen at a burglary earlier in the evening - and allegedly failed to stop when signalled.

    Police tried to intercept the vehicle and managed to box it against a barrier.
