    An eight-year wait to return to the World Rally Championship is about to be over for Hayden Paddon


    The kiwi driver has receive a shock call up to Hyundai's 2026 driver line-up and will compete part-time in the side's third entry - beginning with next month's rally in Monte Carlo.

    The spot became available after Ott Tanak announced his retirement from WRC.

    Paddon last drove in the WRC in 2018.
