The 18-year-old has reached the final for the third straight time after a convincing 6-1 win over Ryan Searle at Alexandra Palace.
Littler says he needed to find some resilience after dropping the opening set, on Sky Sport.
Littler will take on the winner of the other semi-final between Gary Anderson and Gian Van Veen .
