Jane Seymour held video calls with two of her ex-husbands as she looked back on her life to write a new memoir

The former Bond girl, 74, has been married four times - to Sir Richard Attenborough's son Michael Attenborough, Geoffrey Planer, David Flynn and James Keach - so she scheduled Zoom meetings with two of them to get their perspective on their relationships for her upcoming book.

Jane told the Telegraph newspaper: "I put a couple of English ex-husbands on Zoom to try and figure out: 'What was that? What was their perspective on it? What had I maybe not remembered?'"

She went on to reveal both meetings went well and they were able to reflect on the positive aspects of their marriages.

Jane explained: "In both cases, it was a love fest. It was like: 'Oh yeah, that's why we got together. Oh my God, weren't we lucky to have had one another in our lives for the time that we did?'

"Rather than: 'What went wrong?' It was very funny. In both cases, the first thing they said was: 'Just to make it perfectly clear, it was all my fault'."

After her four divorces, Jane is now dating musician John Zambetti after a period of being single following her divorce from Keach in 2015 and she recently admitted she is still "very sexually active" at the age of 74.

The Live and Let Die star told PEOPLE: "I have to actually wake up in the morning and remind myself how old I am because inside of me, I would say I still feel like I'm maybe about 40 or 50, maybe 40.

"I don't know where all that time went, but I have the energy that I had when I was 40."

She added: "I turn 75 next year and I'm very sexually active ... I kind of have become, in some way, almost a poster child for there is life after 70 ...

"I kind of look at my mother when she was alive and at 50, I would say she was middle-aged. I don't feel that way at all ...

"I am loving life. I call it experiential living. Now is it. I don't know what's going to happen tomorrow. So I only want to spend my time doing things that I'm passionate about, that I really enjoy.

"And I make sure that, even if it's work, that I turn it into a fun life experience."
