A leading motorsport analyst believes Scott McLaughlin's success will carry over to IndyCar

A leading motorsport analyst believes Scott McLaughlin's success will carry over to IndyCar

The Kiwi will drive fulltime for Team Penske in 2021, leaving behind a Supercars career which includes three driver's titles and a Bathurst win.

Bob McMurray says if what's been shown in Australasia is anything to go by, McLaughlin's time in the United States will be fruitful.

McLaughlin will make his IndyCar debut in Florida tomorrow morning.

Fellow-New Zealander Scott Dixon can secure his sixth title by finishing top nine.
