    Crusaders CEO Colin Mansbridge believes New Zealand Rugby's eligibility laws remain adequate


    That after Richie Mo'unga signalled his intention via his agent to see out his contract with Toshiba in Japan.

    There were discussions to trigger an early release that would have made him eligible later this year for the All Blacks.

    Mansbridge feels the rules are adequate and thinks making exceptions could bring consequences.
