    Finn Fisher-Black's been promoted to second after the 138-kilometre opening stage of cycling's Tour of the UAE


    The 23-year-old crossed third but was impeded by Jasper Philipsen during a sprint finish won by Jonathan Milan .

    Fellow New Zealander Aaron Gate finished sixth.
