Fletcher Building is looking into possibly selling its construction arm

It's exploring divesting its main construction division - and the Higgins, Brian Perry Civil and Fletcher Construction Major Projects business units.

The construction giant says it's already had significant interest.

But Fletcher Building says no decision on selling's been made yet - and it will first carefully consider the value of any options presented.

It's due to release its annual results in four weeks.
