    Kindercare says it's shocked by the incident and harm to children


    It says children were potentially exposed to a chemical detergent used in the centre's kitchen steriliser unit, mistaken for dishwash liquid.

    Kindercare says its top priority is making sure children receive medical care - and staff and parents are supported.

    It says it'll investigate fully.
