    Tourism's looking healthy heading into summer


    Latest figures from Stats NZ show more than 260-thousand overseas visitors came here in October - up 22-thousand on the same month last year.

    That puts us at 93-percent or pre-Covid levels.

    Australia remains our largest tourism market - with arrivals from Australia reaching record numbers for an October month.

    Arrivals from China also increased.
