    Christchurch Police are seeking a man believed to be linked to a Sydenham arson before Christmas


    Emergency services were called to a fire at a commercial premises on Pilgrim Place at around 3.30 the morning of December 23rd.

    People with information or CCTV footage from this time are urged to come forward.
