Her Sunshine Coast Lightning have lost their final 64-47 to the New South Wales Swifts in Brisbane.
On the contrary, it was a special day for Silver Fern defender Katrina Rore who claimed her third piece of silverware this year, alongside the ANZ Premiership with the Pulse and the World Cup.
