The boat grounded off the southern Samoan coast last night.
75 people were rescued early this morning - with two needing hospital treatment.
Chief of Navy, Rear Admiral Garin Golding, says when leaving the boat, some had no choice but to walk along the reef.
He says around 15 people suffered minor injuries, because of this.
Golding says a fully loaded Hercules will fly out this afternoon to Samoa.
He says it'll take a crew of divers with salvage equipment, a spill kit and aid for the crew.
