Liverpool manager Arne Slot is lamenting their lack of intensity after losing the English League Cup final 2-1 to Newcastle at Wembley

It was their third game in eight days, having been knocked out of the the Champions League by Paris Saint Germain last week.

But Slot says fatigue wasn't a factor.

It's Newcastle's first English domestic football trophy in 70 years.
